How do I place an order on Hana Label?
Browse our Collections, choose your style, select your size from the size guide, and tap 'Add to Cart'. Review your bag from the cart icon at the top right, then tap 'Checkout' to complete your purchase securely.
Do I need to create an account to shop?
No — you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout next time.
How do I know which size to choose?
We follow a standard size chart from S to XXXL. Refer to ourSize Guidefor detailed bust, waist, and hip measurements, along with tips on how to measure yourself.
Will the colour of the product be exactly the same as shown online?
We make every effort to photograph our pieces in natural light so the colour you see is true to the actual product. Slight variations may occur due to your screen settings and ambient lighting.
What if my size is sold out?
Email us athanalabelstore@gmail.comwith the product name and your size — we'll let you know if a restock is planned or suggest a similar style.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets via our secure checkout. Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes for orders above ₹999.
Is online payment safe on your website?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant secure gateway. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I use a discount code on my order?
Yes — enter your discount code in the 'Discount code' field at checkout and tap 'Apply'. Only one code can be used per order.

Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days across India, and 3–5 business days for metro cities.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send the tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can track your package in real time on the courier partner's website.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship only within India. For urgent international requests, please emailhanalabelstore@gmail.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, if we have sent wrong size or defective item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags. See ourReturns Policyfor full details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us athanalabelstore@gmail.comwith your order number and reason. We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 2–3 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Prepaid refunds go back to your original payment method; COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

How do I care for my Hana Label pieces?
We always recommend dry clean for the first time and then gentle hand wash in cold water for the longest life. Avoid direct sunlight while drying and iron on a low setting. Detailed care instructions are also listed on each product page.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes — every piece is crafted in small batches with carefully chosen fabrics and a focus on slow, mindful fashion.
